Tara founded Grace Estate Agents in 2019. She has 20 years experience in the property industry and has a wealth of knowledge which covers everything from buying and selling to land acquisitions and development to landlords and tenancies. Tara is personally committed to providing quality customer service backed up with competent professionalism in all aspects of the Estate Agency Sector. Throughout her career she has become more passionate about delivering a Property Packaged approach, having built relationships with independent removal companies, local solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors, property staging professionals and local tradesmen to provide vendors and purchasers with the complete Property Package when buying and selling.

Sophia is the Branch Manager at Grace Estate Agents. She has grown up in Ipswich and began her property career in Land Management for a corporate company. Throughout her career she has developed her skillset and knowledge, which has lead her into the rental sector where her passion for property has grown further. Sophia is a member of Propertymark and is ARLA qualified and oversees both Sales and Lettings at Grace Estate Agents.

Karen is the Sales Progressor at Grace Estate Agents. She has gained a wealth of experience in the property market, working in conveyancing and estate agency for over 35 years. Her warm and friendly manner and extensive knowledge enable her to offer the high level of customer service that Grace Estate Agents pride themselves in offering to all their clients. During her time working in the industry Karen has built up good relationships with local solicitors, surveyors, new build vendors and other estate agents alike. Karen is proud to have been with the company from the outset and is a key member of the team, dealing with the sales progression, whose aim is to make the process of buying and selling as smooth and stress free as possible, for both vendors and purchasers. As our sales progressor, Karen takes on the task of moving a property sale through to completion once an offer has been accepted. She can help shorten the period between offer and exchange, by acting as both a point of contact for parties involved in the sale, and the person who chases all these people to get the job done. Without a dedicated sales progressor in place, things may get missed or left to the last minute, and this could cause an extended time frame which can often give either party an opportunity to pull out of the deal. Karen knows how stressful moving can be, and can handle any hiccups and problems that may arise.

Darren has been in estate agency for over 35 years, bringing a wealth of experience to the company. Working for both corporate, and more recently, independent agents over the counties of Essex and Suffolk. He prides himself in providing excellent customer relations and successful results for all our clients.

Maddie joined Grace Estate Agents in January 2024 and has been in the industry for nearly 3 years, after working in a corporate Estate Agency. Maddie is Level 3 qualified in Housing and Property Management and is currently working towards becoming Propertymark registered and ARLA qualified. She now takes care of our rental properties, including new tenancies and day-to-day management of existing properties. Maddie is very familiar with Ipswich, having grown up in surrounding areas, so has a good knowledge of our property portfolio and the ever-changing rental market within Suffolk.
