After working for a number of years in the high-paced East London and West Essex property markets, Jonathan decided that arranging finance for property was the right evolution for him.
After passing his CeMAP exams some years ago, he has built up a well-rounded knowledge in the residential and buy to let field - both mainstream and specialist. Since mid-2019, where more investors have been intrigued by the UK property market - he's facilitated finance for numerous complex cases, including short-term lending via private banks, finance for expatriates and much more.

After leaving University, Charlie knew that a career involving property and people was the right fit for him.
Charlie worked in property covering Essex and Suffolk, and eventually moved his career into finance. His career in mortgage advice first focussed on new build properties, and then progressed to more specialist advise for the credit impaired client.
Since then, for the past few years, Charlie has been helping clients in all situations and walks of life, building up a solid base for assisting every client he now advises and arranges lending for.
